These terms apply when you use nextlevelranges.com, store.nextlevelranges.com, our online booking pages, or our text message program, and when you buy from us. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Text message (SMS) terms

Next Level Ranges Alerts: service texts about your lane, reservations, classes and orders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we send

If you opt in, Next Level Ranges sends text messages about your own business with us: that your lane is ready or your spot on the waitlist has come up, reservation and class booking confirmations and reminders, and order updates such as "ready for pickup" or "shipped".

Marketing texts (range news, class and event announcements, member offers and store specials) are only sent to adults 21 and older who join the Next Level Ranges Text Club and confirm by replying YES; see the Text Club Terms. Service texts and Text Club texts come from the same Next Level Ranges number. Replying STOP stops all texts from us.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional "text me updates" box when you order or book online, or by telling our staff that you want a text when your lane is ready, which they record in our system. You will receive a confirmation text when you first opt in. Opting in is never required to buy anything or to use the range.

How often

Message frequency varies with your visits, reservations and orders, usually one to three messages for each.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To start again, reply START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (502) 203-0287 or info@nextlevelranges.com.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so please do not rely on a text alone for time-critical information.

Your phone number and privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

2. Using our website and online store

You must be at least 18 years old to use our online store. Please give accurate information when you create an account, order or book, and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, try to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for convenience and may come from manufacturers and distributors. We try to keep them accurate, but packaging and specifications can change. If an item is not as described, please contact us.

3. Firearms, ammunition and regulated items

Sales of firearms, ammunition, suppressors and other regulated items follow federal, Kentucky and local law. In particular:

Firearms are delivered only through a licensed dealer: picked up at our store after completing ATF Form 4473 and the required background check, or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer you choose, who completes the transfer.
Federal age limits apply: generally 18 or older for long guns and their ammunition, and 21 or older for handguns and handgun ammunition from a licensed dealer.
NFA items (such as suppressors) are transferred only after ATF approval of the required forms.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where an item will be shipped or used.
We may refuse or cancel any sale or transfer we believe would be unlawful or unsafe, including after a delayed or denied background check, and will refund any amount paid for an order we cancel.

4. Orders, prices, payment, pickup and shipping

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices, availability and promotions can change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or shown in stock by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after you received a confirmation. Some items show their price only in the cart because of manufacturer pricing policies.

Payments are processed by our card processor; we do not store your full card number. Sales tax is charged as required by law. For store pickup, bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the order. Shipping times are estimates from the carrier.

5. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy. Firearms, ammunition and certain other items may not be returnable once transferred or opened, as described there and as required by law.

6. Range use, reservations, classes and memberships

Everyone who uses the range must sign our safety waiver and follow our range rules and the directions of our range staff. We may refuse service or ask anyone to leave the range for unsafe conduct or for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Some activities, such as drawing from a holster or using certain trigger types, are allowed only for customers our staff have verified.

Lane reservations, classes and events follow the cancellation and rescheduling terms shown when you book. Memberships are governed by your signed membership agreement.

7. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including our text message practices in section 1 above.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Our websites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the websites, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer where stated. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, and range activities are also governed by the safety waiver you sign.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date.
