The B&T TP9 SBR is a semi-automatic 9x19mm short-barreled rifle, the civilian counterpart of B&T's select-fire MP9. It runs on a locking, rotating-barrel blowback action with a 5.1-inch (130 mm) barrel, and roughly 80 percent of the gun is polymer composite, keeping weight to about 3.1 lb. A side-folding polymer stock deploys one-handed and friction-locks when folded. A full-length top Picatinny rail with integrated backup iron sights and a right-side rail provide room for optics, lights or lasers, and a vertical foregrip is fitted. Controls, including the charging handle and safety, are ambidextrous. The barrel shroud doubles as a tri-lug mount for B&T's dedicated TP9/MP9 suppressor. Overall length is about 20.6 inches, and it ships in black with one 30-round magazine. This is an NFA-regulated short-barreled rifle.
