The Alpha American Firearms AAF 3 is a hand-fit double-stack 1911 chambered in 9mm, built in the USA. It keeps a traditional round-top slide with GI-style ball cuts, paired with an Alpha Stack Commander-size frame and a 5-inch match-grade barrel. Standard features include a light rail, wide cocking serrations, a pinned grip safety, a stainless steel grip, a red fiber optic front sight with a blacked-out rear, and a slide cut for the Nighthawk Custom IOS optic system. The trigger is set at roughly 3 to 3.75 lb, and the pistol ships with two 17-round magazines. This example is finished in black DLC.
