The CGS HELIOS DT is a direct-thread suppressor designed for 5.56mm platforms, featuring CGS Variable Core Diameter technology first introduced in the Hyperion series. This advanced design delivers strong sound suppression, reduced flash signature, and minimal, repeatable point-of-impact shift while maintaining a lightweight, precision-focused profile. Available with a 1/2X28 direct-thread mount, the HELIOS DT is constructed from DMLS 3D-printed, heat-treated 6AL4V Grade 5 titanium, providing high strength, reduced weight, and improved durability through a manufacturing process that minimizes potential failure points. Its optimized internal geometry enhances suppression performance while maintaining reliable operation on barrels 10 inches and longer, making it a capable suppressor for precision and hard-use 5.56mm rifle platforms. Features: Designed for Precision Rifle Applications; Optimized for 5.56 Hosts; 1/2X28 Direct Thread; Interchangeable End Cap for Reduced Backpressure; Proprietary Coating Prevents Buildup Within the Silencer; 3D Printed Grade 5 Titanium Construction.
