The FN 509 Compact MRD packs the capability of a full-size duty pistol into a compact, optics-ready 9mm. FN's low-profile optics mounting system accepts most miniature red dot sights, and the included blackout iron sights co-witness with a mounted optic. Updated controls, improved texturing on the two included backstraps and a flatter-faced trigger help deliver a controllable press and a clean break. Features: 9mm caliber; striker-fired; 3.7 in barrel; ships with one 12-round and one 15-round magazine; FN low-profile optics mounting system; black finish with co-witness blackout iron sights.
