The Staccato XC is a hammer-fired 2011-pattern pistol chambered in 9mm. It uses a 5-inch FlaTec bull barrel with an integrated compensator and a black DLC-coated slide. The slide is cut for the Dawson Universal Optic System, so it is ready for a red dot, and it carries a Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight. The billet steel frame has an accessory rail and a 2011 G2 full-length grip with a Tactical Advantage magwell. Other features include a 2.5 lb trigger, ambidextrous safety levers and a Dawson 5.0 tool-less recoil system. Unloaded weight is about 39 oz. It ships with two 17-round magazines.
