The Dead Air Sierra 5 is a dedicated 5.56 NATO rifle suppressor built for hard use and heavy firing schedules. Its welded Cobalt 6 baffles sit inside a knurled stainless steel outer tube, finished in black Cerakote. This version ships with the Xeno mounting system: a Xeno adapter on the suppressor's 1.375x24 HUB-compatible rear threads and a 1/2x28 Xeno flash hider for the barrel. With the Xeno adapter it is 5.72 inches long and weighs 13.3 ounces; without an adapter it is 4.87 inches and 10.8 ounces. The diameter is 1.5 inches. It is rated for 5.56 NATO and .224 Valkyrie, is full-auto rated and has no barrel length restrictions.
