Instead of clamping to an added rail, it indexes to the rifle's native bipod mounting point for a rigid, purpose-built fit. It is machined in the USA and covered by B&T's lifetime warranty. Riflemen whose AICS-pattern chassis needs a rail rather than a spigot should use the BT20 rail set instead.
