The Exigent Defense Overwatch762 is a lightweight .30-caliber rifle suppressor made from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) using direct metal laser sintering. Its one-piece build has no weld seams or stacked parts. Inside, a radial turbine baffle feeds gas into a coaxial vent path to cut back pressure and blowback on gas guns such as the AR-10. It is 6.75 inches long and 1.62 inches in diameter and weighs 10.1 ounces. The finish is Cerakote C-102 Graphite Black. The rear has standard 1.375x24 HUB (Bravo) threads with wrench flats; a direct-thread adapter is sold separately. It is optimized for 7.62 NATO and works with calibers from 5.56 up to 7.62, including .308 Win and 6.5 Creedmoor. It is full-auto rated. Minimum barrel lengths are 14.5 inches for 7.62 NATO, 10.3 inches for 5.56 and 7 inches for supersonic 300 BLK.
