The Exigent Defense LE556 is a direct-thread 5.56 NATO suppressor built for short-barreled rifles and patrol carbines. It is made as one piece of Inconel 718 using direct metal laser sintering, with no welded seams or stacked baffles. Threads of 1/2x28 are cut directly into the body, so it screws straight onto a threaded barrel without a separate muzzle device or adapter. It is 5 inches long and 1.62 inches in diameter and weighs 14.2 ounces. The finish is Cerakote C-102 Graphite Black. The LE556 is optimized for 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem, is full-auto rated, and requires a barrel of at least 10.3 inches.
