The Palmetto State Armory PSAK-74 is an American-made, AK-74 pattern semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.45x39mm. This version is dressed in wood furniture, with a wood upper and lower handguard set and wood pistol grip. It uses a 16.3-inch 4150 CMV steel barrel with a nitride finish, topped with a traditional AK-74 style dual-chamber muzzle brake that helps keep the muzzle flat and reduces felt recoil. PSA builds the rifle with a hammer-forged bolt and bolt carrier and a heavy-duty front trunnion. It accepts standard AK-74 pattern magazines.
