The SureFire ProComp 7.62 is a stand-alone muzzle brake for AR-10 / LR-308 type rifles with 5/8-24 muzzle threads. It shares the design of SureFire's SOCOM 7.62 brakes but is a non-suppressor-adapter model and will not mount SureFire SOCOM suppressors. Neutral porting reduces recoil and muzzle rise, and blind pilot holes at 3 and 9 o'clock can be drilled to tune the brake. It is steel with a black finish and installs without permanent modification. Features: 7.62mm / .308; 5/8-24 thread; steel with black finish; tunable blind pilot holes; not a suppressor mount.
