The Smith & Wesson 396 Night Guard is a lightweight five-shot revolver in .44 Special built on a scandium alloy frame for a strong but carry-friendly package. A 3 inch stainless steel barrel and PVD-coated stainless cylinder add durability, and the DA/SA action allows both quick double-action shots and precise single-action fire. An XS Sights yellow-ring tritium front sight with a fully adjustable rear and a Hogue Bantam rubber grip make it a capable defensive revolver. Features: .44 Special caliber; 3 in barrel; 5-round capacity; DA/SA action; XS tritium front and adjustable rear sights; scandium frame, 25.1 oz.
