The Savage Arms AC30 B.O.B. is a .30 caliber rifle suppressor from Savage's AccuCan line. B.O.B. stands for "Back Over Bore": part of the suppressor extends back over the barrel, which reduces how far it sticks out past the muzzle while adding internal volume. It is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with 6Al-4V titanium components and has a black hard-coat anodized finish. It is about 7.9 inches long, about 2 inches in diameter, and weighs about 10.8 oz. The suppressor threads onto 5/8-24 muzzles. Its modular design has a replaceable core and end cap for service, plus built-in carbon cutters. Savage specifies a controlled rate of fire of about one round per second, up to 20 rounds.
